Know the client – PALACIO is a real estate property, situated near Vega Mall, Sevoke Road. It is a luxurious property with all exclusive and premium amenities. It has 117 residences with a shopping complex as well.

Challenges – We faced challenges in converting customers in buying such luxury property and to feed customers with the right information through our posts.

Solution – We highlighted the exclusive amenities it offers like exclusive clubhouse, 5 level car parking with EV charging stations, acupressure walk, infinity swimming pool etc, to let people know why PALACIO stands for luxury and why people should buy our properties.
