Know the client:JH GREENS, a project by JH Developers in Raiganj. It is the first ever project with a Swimming Pool and it is RERA APPROVED.
Idea: To create media presence of JH greens which is the latest upcoming project of JH developers and also to display its USP and lifestyle of the project.
Strategy: Create a marketing highlight out of particular aspects of the project, such as its ideal location on a SH 10A ,1st swimming pool project in Raiganj, Doctors chamber, EV charging stations and many more.
Challenges: As it is the first project of JS developers so it was hard for us to build the trust among people through the content creation in the digital platforms.
