Palacio – Client of Blue Minch

Know the client: Palacio is a residential property, located near Vega Circle Mall, Sevoke Road. It boasts spacious 3 & 4 BHK homes, an exclusive clubhouse and multi – level parking. 

Idea:  Establishing urgency among the buyers using the creative, since it was in possession in 6 months and also revamping the page for a better start.

Objective:  To generate maximum lead on the creatives, in which we show how living in Palacio is different from other properties. We highlight the prominent amenities to showcase this point.

Strategy:  the start of revamping the page came in three main points: Spacious, Main road location and Vastu – Compliant. The content and visual was kept simple for anyone to understand the messaging.

Challenges: To ensure the content is clear and the messaging is transparent to the readers.
